The Site is owned and operated by SANSAYUSHI AYURVED, with its operations legally incorporated and registered under Shree VishwaSantoshAyurved Clinic, situated at Sion, Chunabhatti (E), Mumbai – 400 022, Maharashtra, India. You may access our Site through a computer, mobile device, or any digital application, and these Terms of Use govern your conduct and access regardless of the medium utilized.

The Site is strictly intended for your personal, non-commercial use and information. 4. Product, Skin, and Hair Care Information Accuracy

SANSAYUSHI AYURVED attempts to be as precise as possible in the formulation descriptions, ingredients, colors, textures, and use-cases of the skin and hair care products displayed on the Site. However, SANSAYUSHI AYURVED does not warrant that product colors, batch consistencies, or other content on the Site are completely absolute, current, or error-free as our product formulas are complete Ayurvedic preparations and may slightly vary according to the availability of the used medicines and herbs.

The Site may occasionally contain minor typographical inaccuracies, clerical errors, or omissions, which may relate to product effectiveness, ingredient updates, pricing, and livestock availability. SANSAYUSHI AYURVED reserves the right to correct, change, or update any information or cancel affected orders due to errors at any time (including after an order has been submitted and charged) without prior liability. Product packaging visuals are indicative; actual product packaging and bottle styles may vary slightly upon delivery.

5. Product Use and Commercial Restrictions

The skin care, hair care, and wellness formulations available on the Site—alongside any promotional samples we may provide—are meant exclusively for your personal use or authorized professional consumer administration. You are explicitly prohibited from selling, reselling, wholesaling, or commercially exploiting any products, formulations, or samples you receive from SANSAYUSHI AYURVED. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in a violation of these retail terms.

• Pricing and Information Accuracy

6.1. Prices and Availability

Prices for all products and services offered by SANSAYUSHI AYURVED are displayed on the Website and are subject to change at any time without prior notice at our sole discretion. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR/₹) and, unless stated otherwise, exclude applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees, which will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment processing.

6.2 System Errors and Right to Cancel

While SANSAYUSHI AYURVED strives to ensure absolute precision, technical errors, typographical errors, or database glitches may occasionally cause a product or service to display an incorrect price or erroneous descriptive information.

In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price, SANSAYUSHI AYURVED reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, reject, or cancel any orders placed for that specific product or service, provided the physical product has not yet been delivered or the service has not yet been fully availed. An order placement or automated payment confirmation does not strip SANSAYUSHI AYURVED of the right to cancel an order due to a clear pricing error.

6.3. Payment Reversals and Refund Timelines

If your credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking account has already been charged through our payment gateway before an order is canceled due to an erroneous price or sudden inventory unavailability, SANSAYUSHI AYURVED will immediately initiate a complete reversal.

• Refund Method: The entire charged amount will be credited back strictly to your original payment source.
• Timeline: Refund transactions are routed through our payment partner, Razorpay, and will reflect in your bank or card account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your banking institution’s processing cycles.

6.4. Limitation of Liability for Delays

SANSAYUSHI AYURVED reserves the right to revise or cease availability for any product or service at any time. If we are unable to fulfill your order on time due to a courier delay or inventory shortage, you will be notified via email, and the order will be canceled. SANSAYUSHI AYURVED shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or compensation claims resulting from such order cancellations or shipping delays.
