Cancellation & Refund Policy

7.1Order Cancellation Window

Customers may request to cancel an order within twenty-four (24) hours of placement. To initiate a cancellation, you must contact us immediately at sansayushindia@gmail.comor (+91 8591265089) with your order number. Once this 24-hour window has closed, the order cannot be cancelled, altered, or refunded under any circumstances.

Refund Process for Valid Cancellations

If an order cancellation request is successfully made within the designated 24-hour window, a full refund will be processed back to the customer’s account.

Refund Method: All refunds are issued strictly to the original payment method used during checkout.
Timeline: Refunds will reflect in the customer’s bank account within 5 to 7 business days, subject to standard banking and payment gateway processing timelines.

No-Return and No-Refund Policy (Post 24 Hours)

Except for cancellations made within the initial 24-hour window, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for refunds for change of mind, improper sizing, or accidental purchases.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your product arrives physically damaged or defective, you must report the issue to sansayushindia@gmail.comor (+91 8591265089)within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide your order number alongside unedited photographic or video proof of the damage. Upon validation, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.

Mode of Payment

8.1. Accepted Payment Methods

To ensure secure and efficient order processing, SANSAYUSHI AYURVED offers both prepaid and postpaid payment choices. You can complete your purchase on our Site using the following methods:

Credit Cards and Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and Maestro.
Net Banking: Available for all major Indian banking institutions.
Unified Payments Interface (UPI): Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and other verified UPI applications.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select pin codes within India.

8.2. Digital Payment Gateway Processing (Prepaid Orders)

All online prepaid transactions on our Site are securely handled through our authorized payment gateway partner, Razorpay. By completing an online purchase, you agree to abide by the relevant terms of service and user agreements imposed by Razorpay and your financial institution. SANSAYUSHI AYURVED does not store or harvest your sensitive payment credentials (such as full card numbers, PINs, or CVVs) on our servers.

8.3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms and Conditions

If you choose the Cash on Delivery (COD) option, you agree to the following operational terms:

Verification: SANSAYUSHI AYURVED reserves the right to contact you via a phone call, WhatsApp message, or SMS to verify your delivery address and intent before confirming and shipping a COD order. Unverified orders will be automatically cancelled.
Payment at Delivery: You must pay the exact invoice value in cash or via carrier-supported digital methods to the delivery executive before the package is handed over or opened.
Abuse Policy: If a customer repeatedly refuses to accept or pay for a confirmed COD order upon arrival, SANSAYUSHI AYURVED reserves the right to permanently disable the COD payment option for that specific user account or delivery address on all future orders.

8.4. Transaction Authorization and Security

For all prepaid transactions, you represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner or authorized user of the payment instrument utilized. Your order will only enter our fulfillment pipeline once we receive successful payment confirmation from Razorpay. We reserve the right to decline or flag any transaction that fails standard security, fraud risk management, or 3D-Secure authentication checks.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content featured on this Site—including but not limited to brand names, logos, formulation titles, text, product graphics, images, button icons, audio clips, data compilations, and software—is the exclusive property of SANSAYUSHI AYURVED or its parent entity, Shree VishwaSantoshAyurved Clinic. This content is thoroughly protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and proprietary laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make personal use of the Site. You may not frame, copy, reproduce, resell, or exploit any portion of our intellectual property, product designs, or website content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The skin care, hair care, and wellness formulations on this Site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While our products are rooted in Ayurvedic principles, individual skin and hair types react differently to natural ingredients. SANSAYUSHI AYURVED makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the absolute suitability or guaranteed results of any product for specific medical conditions. You agree to perform a patch test prior to full application.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SANSAYUSHI AYURVED shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, reliance on product descriptions, or the use of our physical products.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SANSAYUSHI AYURVED, its parent clinic, proprietors, officers, employees, and logistics partners from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any local laws.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use, the Policies, and any contractual relationship between you and SANSAYUSHI AYURVED shall be governed by and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or proceeding arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
