SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

1. Logistics Partner and Coverage

All domestic shipments for SANSAYUSHI AYURVED are managed and fulfilled via Shiprocket   (our primary logistics aggregator platform), which leverages top-tier courier networks including Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ekart, DTDC, and Amazon Shipping. We provide delivery services to over 24,000+ pin codes across India. We do not support international shipping at this time.

2. Dispatch and Processing Window

• Processing Time: All confirmed orders (Prepaid and Cash on Delivery) are packed and made ready for Shiprocket courier pickup within 24 to 48 business hours of order placement (depending on the availability of inventory).
• Operational Days: Dispatches take place from Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed late on Saturday evening or Sunday will enter the fulfillment pipeline on Monday morning.

(“Address changes are only permitted within the 24-hour cancellation window prior to package dispatch. Once an order is assigned to a courier on Shiprocket, the delivery address cannot be modified.”)

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once a Shiprocket courier partner scans and collects your order from our facility, the average delivery transit times are as follows:

• Intra-City & Metro Regions (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.
• Rest of India (Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities): 3 to 6 business days.
• Special Zones (North-East, J&K, and Rural Hubs): 6 to 9 business days.

(Please note: These timelines are realistic projections under normal operating conditions. Delays caused by regional lockdowns, severe weather, or unexpected transit disruptions are beyond our direct control.)

4.          Tracking and Automated Notifications

As soon as your package is assigned a tracking number on the Shiprocket platform, you will receive automated tracking alerts.

• How you are notified: A tracking link containing the AWB (Air Waybill) number and courier name will be sent via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email to the contact details provided at checkout.
• Live Tracking: You can monitor your shipment’s live milestones by clicking the link provided or by visiting the Shiprocket consumer tracking portal.

5. Shipping Fees and COD Terms

• Shipping Costs: Standard shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight and destination zone, as determined by the Shiprocket pricing matrix.
• Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders exceeding ₹ 2,200.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Surcharge: Orders utilizing COD attract a non-refundable convenience fee (as charged by our shipping partner). This fee covers the automated COD verification and cash handling services provided by Shiprocket.

6. Delivery Failures and RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

Shiprocket couriers will make up to three (3) consecutive attempts to deliver your package.

• Automated Verification (NDR): If a delivery attempt fails due to “Customer Unavailability,” “Incorrect Address,” or “Refusal,” you will receive an automated Shiprocket NDR WhatsApp/SMS alert asking you to confirm a re-delivery time or provide an alternate address.
• Return to Origin (RTO): If all 3 delivery attempts fail and no response is given to the automated NDR system, the package is automatically marked as RTO and shipped back to our warehouse.
• Re-Shipping Fee: For packages returned to us via RTO due to buyer negligence (wrong pin code, invalid phone number, constant unavailability), the customer must pay an additional shipping fee to initiate a new delivery attempt.

             (“If your package arrives physically tampered with, torn, or leaking, please do not accept the delivery from the Shiprocket courier executive. Take a clear photograph of the damaged box and notify our support team immediately so we can file an official dispute with the logistics provider.”)
